Working in the stop-motion animation industry for more than a decade taught me much more than the broad technical side of the craft. It also helped me to enhance my intuition and skills when dealing with abstract things like developing characters, their thoughts and emotions, and how to translate them on screen. In my work, my goal is to find balance between the strictly technical and analytical approach, on one side and the intuitive, empathetic and performative one, on the other.
